Best Facial Kits in Pakistan 2026: Prices, Steps and What Actually Works
A home facial kit can give you a real, short-term glow before a shaadi or an event. It won't change your skin colour. Here's which kit to buy in Pakistan, what each costs, and how to use it without irritating your skin.

Shaadi season is here, and so is the most common pre-wedding question: which facial kit should I buy? A home facial kit is a box of five to seven products (cleanser, scrub, massage cream, mask, toner and cream) that copies a salon facial for a fraction of the price. Done properly, it gives you a real glow (chehre par nikhaar) for a few days. It won't change your skin colour, whatever the box says.
Here's what's worth buying in Pakistan, what each kit costs, and how to use one without ending up red and peeling before the event.
What does a facial kit actually do?
Every kit follows the same idea, step by step:
- Cleanser removes dirt, oil and makeup.
- Scrub (usually walnut shell or beads) rubs away dead skin cells. This is where most of the "instant glow" comes from: fresh skin reflects light better.
- Massage cream lets you massage for five to ten minutes. Massage brings blood flow to the skin, so it looks pinker and fresher for a few hours.
- Mask (usually clay) absorbs oil and tightens the skin's surface for a smoother look.
- Toner, serum and cream add back water and moisture, so skin looks plump.
That's a genuine, short-term improvement, and it's why facials are popular before events. What a kit can't do is lighten your natural skin tone or remove melasma and deep dark spots. Words like "whitening" and "lightening" on the box describe the brief brightness after exfoliation. For lasting results on dark spots, read our guide on how to remove pigmentation at home.
The best facial kits in Pakistan, compared
Prices are the lowest prices we found on Daraz and brand stores on 5 November 2026 and change often, especially during 11.11 and wedding season. Facial kits are copied a lot, so buy from the brand's official store or a trusted seller with many reviews.

Golden Pearl Skin Lightening Facial Kit: best value (about Rs 950)
Golden Pearl's small kit is one of Daraz's best-selling beauty products, with over 25,000 sold. It contains a full seven-step routine in 20ml tubes (cleanser, walnut scrub, massage cream, clay mask, toner, serum and cream) plus a mini skin-polishing pack with bleach powder and developer. The brand says it's enough for one or two facials.
It's the kit we'd buy for a first home facial, because it's cheap enough to test on your skin weeks before a wedding. If you want more facials, Golden Pearl's Complete Facial Range (seven 75ml jars, about Rs 1,610) is the bigger version.
Skip the bleach and polish sachets if you have sensitive, dry or acne-prone skin. See the bleach and polish step below.
Derma Shine Fruit Facial Kit: best budget kit for several facials (about Rs 1,850–2,100)
Six 70ml jars (cleanser, scrub, massage cream, mask, toner and cream) last for many facials, which makes Derma Shine the best value per use. It's a long-running salon favourite. A six-sachet trial pack costs about Rs 400 if you want to test it first. There are a lot of look-alike "Derma" kits on Daraz, so check the brand name and seller carefully.
Jessica Luxury 24K Gold Facial Kit: best mid-range (about Rs 1,975)
Jessica sells full kits and very cheap six-sachet trial kits (Rs 340–395) in versions such as 24K Gold, Rice, Vitamin C and Ultra Whitening. The trial kits are the smart buy: one complete facial for the price of a face wash. The gold in "24K gold" kits is there for marketing; it doesn't do anything special for skin.
Salon-size kits: Johnson White, Dermacos and Silky Cool (Rs 5,000–8,000)
These come in 200ml-plus jars used by parlours:
- Johnson White Cosmetics Facial Kit (6 x 200ml, about Rs 4,999)
- Dermacos 6 Steps Whitening and Brightening Facial Kit (about Rs 5,499)
- Silky Cool Gold Facial Kit (pack of five, about Rs 7,850)
They're good products, but each jar lasts for dozens of facials. Buy one only if you do facials every month, share with family, or run a home parlour. For one wedding, the small kits above are enough.
Premium: Janssen (from about Rs 24,000)
German brand Janssen sells professional facial kits in Pakistan through beauty retailers. The quality is high, but at that price you're better off booking a professional facial or buying one good serum you'll use every day.
A gentler option: build your own facial kit
If your skin reacts to scrubs, or you want a glow that lasts beyond one event, you can build a mini facial from everyday products:
- Exfoliate with a mild acid face wash instead of a scrub. Elluvi Brightening Face Wash (3% glycolic acid, 120ml, Rs 849) loosens dead skin without rubbing. Use it a few times a week. Our glycolic acid guide explains how it works.
- Use a clay mask once a week if you're oily. Any plain clay or multani mitti mask works.
- Hydrate. Elluvi Hydrating Moisturiser (5% niacinamide, 120ml, Rs 1,249) or any moisturiser from our moisturiser guide.
- Add a brightening serum for the weeks before the wedding: vitamin C in the morning, such as Elluvi Vitamin C Serum (Rs 1,299), under sunblock.
This costs about the same as a mid-range kit, but you use it for months, and it's what actually keeps skin glowing between facials.
How to do a facial at home, step by step
Do your facial at night, on clean skin, with your hair tied back.
- Patch test each product on your jawline or inner arm 24 hours earlier, especially the bleach, polish and massage cream.
- Cleanse for one minute and rinse with lukewarm, not hot, water.
- Scrub gently for one minute in small circles. Use your fingertips with almost no pressure, and skip any area with pimples or broken skin.
- Massage with the massage cream for five to ten minutes, using upward strokes. Wipe off with a damp cloth.
- Apply the mask for 10 to 15 minutes. Don't let a clay mask dry until it cracks and pulls; rinse when it starts to feel tight.
- Tone, then moisturise with the serum and cream from the kit, or your own moisturiser.
- Use sunblock the next morning. Freshly exfoliated skin burns and darkens faster. See our best sunblocks in Pakistan.
Should you use the bleach or skin polish step?
Many Pakistani kits include a "skin polish" or bleach step: a powder mixed with a cream developer (hydrogen peroxide). It lightens fine facial hair so it shows less, which is why skin looks a shade brighter afterwards. It doesn't lighten the skin itself.
It's also the step most likely to sting, burn or leave red patches. Skip it if you:
- have sensitive, very dry or eczema-prone skin
- have active acne, cuts, or a sunburn
- threaded, waxed or used a hair-removal cream in the last two days
- use retinol, tretinoin, adapalene or strong acids
If you do use it, patch test first, follow the timing on the pack exactly, never leave it on longer "for better results", and don't apply it around your eyes.
Facial kits before a wedding: a simple timeline
- Three weeks before: try the kit once. Note any redness, itching or breakouts.
- Two weeks before: start daily sunblock and a gentle brightening serum if you don't use one already.
- Three to five days before: do your final facial. This leaves time for redness or a pimple to settle.
- The day before: no scrubs, bleach, polish or new products. Just cleanse, moisturise and sleep.
Never try a brand-new kit, bleach or "whitening" product in the last week.
Kits to avoid
Skip any facial kit or "whitening" cream that has no brand, no ingredient list, or promises to make you several shades fairer in days. Unregistered whitening products sold in Pakistan have been found to contain mercury and steroids, which damage skin over time. Read more in our guide to safe brightening creams and the ones to avoid.
If you get redness, burning or small bumps after a facial, stop using the kit, use only a gentle cleanser and plain moisturiser for a few days, and see a dermatologist if it doesn't settle.
Frequently asked questions
Which facial kit is best in Pakistan?
For a first try, the Golden Pearl Skin Lightening Facial Kit (about Rs 950). For several facials on a budget, the Derma Shine Fruit Facial Kit (about Rs 1,850–2,100). For salon-style regular use, the Dermacos or Johnson White salon-size kits (about Rs 5,000–5,500).
Does a facial kit whiten skin permanently?
No. A facial kit removes dead skin, cleans pores and hydrates, so skin looks brighter and smoother for a few days. It can't change your natural skin colour. To fade dark spots over time, use sunblock daily and a brightening serum such as vitamin C, niacinamide or alpha arbutin.
How many days before a wedding should I do a facial?
Do your last home facial 3 to 5 days before the event, not the day before, so any redness or a breakout has time to settle. Try the same kit once, two to three weeks earlier, so you know your skin tolerates it.
How often should I use a facial kit?
Once every two to four weeks is enough. Scrubbing and polishing more often damages the skin barrier and can cause dryness, redness and breakouts.
Can I use a facial kit if I have acne?
Skip the scrub, the massage and any bleach or polish step on active, red pimples. Use only the cleanser and clay mask, and treat acne with a proper acne treatment instead.
Ghar par facial kaise karein?
Cleanse your face, scrub gently for one minute, massage with the massage cream for five minutes, apply the mask for 10 to 15 minutes, rinse, then use the toner and moisturiser. Do it at night, patch test first, and use sunblock the next morning.
